Who we are

Window And Door Doctor ("we", "us") provides window and door repair and installation services. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you contact us, whether by phone, email, WhatsApp or the website contact form, we collect:

• Your name and contact details (email address and/or phone number)
• Details of your enquiry, including any photos you send us
• Your property address, where a visit or quote is required

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out work you've asked for, and keep records we're required to keep (such as invoices).

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Who we share information with

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to us by our email provider. Where a job requires it (for example, ordering made-to-measure glass), we share only the measurements needed with our suppliers, never your contact details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Records relating to completed work (quotes, invoices, guarantees) are kept for the period required by law and for the duration of any guarantee.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it).
